We got a moderate sized frost on the Liverpool plains, so typically, thats a light frost on sloping paddocks, and heavy on the flat ground. With just 2 mills rain! Thanks for nothing Huey!
The wheat around here would be in full flower. I'd reckon we will get another frost the same tonight.
On the Northern Tablelands, there was the biggest snow falls in 5 years!. Thats not biggest October falls, that's biggest anytime falls. Crazy weather!
Wheat crops north of the Liverpool plains are probably well past flowering, so they might be fine, but not so here.
