WA needs one decent rain (+25mm) for a below average finish. Nothing too exciting on the forecast. IMO wheat is going to boot on Australia's likely misfortune. Hopefully that means another leg up in prices to compensate. Farmers could still record respectable results with the high prices where crops are harvested. Or at least meager losses.
Not sure what planet our ABARE is on. I think it is called 'fudge the stocks to the upside' ... the world should be very worried about a food supply crunch in early 2013 ...
