Please correct me if I'm wrong...but geo mas seem to indicate this is gonna be a pisseasy resoutce to extract... with exception of water access very low mining costs. Am I correct in this? Anyone care to venture a cut-off? I suspect we might have a good low cut-off grade here.
Permits, permits, permits....seem the only variable at the moment; and supposedly their negotiations should be well on their way by now.
