resi-should dividend drop to 2c a year at current prices it is still returning over 7% with an additional 30% of free cash flow to develop property pay down debt etc,its outstanding feature is without doubt the usa portfolio with any appreciation in the us dollar as property is sold down the gearing level will drop dramatically,maccas are not the cause of the gfc, the management team responded positively during the crisis and funding issues are real for eveyone requiring large amounts of capital,i have had a quick look to review my position and will continue to retain my holding simply because i see it as a good deal as opposed to other sectors i doubt resources will outperform and consider it entirely likely that the terms of trade for that sector will be less attractive than the past 3years,looking for bargain entrys is over you now buy on comparative fundamentals
