Ive recently had a look at the sector. So much info to sort through!
MOF are decently placed in a struggling Sector. No funding, discounts to NTA, high gearing etc are the general findings. The big boys of the sector are safe, while the little guys are screwed!!
Banks want out, and unfortunetly Notes and other alternate funding can only be picked up by the Big boys (beside Comm Property Office Fund, who recently did due to its unique situation on the smaller end of town).
If you dont like what MOF is doing, get out. But honestly this is the real deal (besides its US assets).
All in all, i suppose it depends on your entry price.
