Why couldnt they distribute 1 EDE share for every Tas share.Tas(via Noble) would still hold 117million EDE shares and the 101million EDEO and everyoneone would be in front and happy.
On the corporate side i dont know if that is allowable but it certainly would be to the benefit of TAS shareholders.
