you are right except this deal has been in play for months now, and my understanding is it is complete and just requiring signatures from all overseas Directors.

From what I gathered one was in France on Hols or something like that hence th edelay.

With a TIO2 deal in play things are really starting to look good.

Once the technology is picked up and built then we will see a brilliant future. Every steel & Zinc manufacturer in the world can benefit from the NIRP technology and the TIO2 industry will benefit from the ERMS technology.

We all know all know a ERMS plant can be worth 7 c earnings per share while a far cheaper NIRP plant is worth around 2c eps and they are small and easy to attach to many plants. With two deals in play and one reported as imminent to SBVB by the company ..... here we go!

I do sympathise with SASA but as Clacko pointed out this is a high risk stock as is any company that doesn't generate an income,
