If you have read the annual report - they have no cash and little assets of any worth - they have stated a raising is a round the corner - you must be crazy IMO. Why don't you buy something that has a chance - you may lose the lot here. The report states their is very chance that LVL will not be an ongoing concern. The boards has crumbled - they cannot even pay themselves - my final warning to you.

You will need a miracle and there will not be one looking at their business plan and change of direction. The product they are attempting to sell is worthless and not competitive.
