Drake don’t own or have legal control of the shares in question. Anyone disputing this is simply refusing to face reality and are only fooling themselves, plus maybe a handful of others on this thread.
The NPT document I posted earlier, along with the recent sub holder notice proves it beyond doubt. It simply cannot be disputed.
Drake currently own .073% of BBX, circa < 3m shares. End of story.
