Tony, as I've said you need to read what the Company announces, it was a placement to institutions and sofs,  drake participate pro rata. now what does that mean? did they take 50% of the placement? 3,333,333? 1% increase? so where is the change in substantial notice if they still control 50%. that's been proven not to be the case, so did they take 0.7% of the placement? or 46,666 shares ? we will never know as the details of the placement, as far as I am aware, are not public knowledge.

so, did drake buy $500k of shares, or $5,600? with the facts we understand, the latter is more likely than the former.
