Gator, you really need to read the ASX Announcement. Drake do not have any control whatever over the 49% of BBX. They gifted the shares to a well known charitable trust. The trust specifically states that the donors have no control over their gifts, however the donor’s wishes may be considered when the gift is liquidated or when income from the gift is generated. Drake (and BBX) are never going to be beneficiaries of the gift.
