    "Drake currently hold 2,956,667 shares" - which was their PRO-RATA ALLOCATION in the companies last placement after you say they gifted their entire holding and no longer hold an interest.... Well a pro rata allocation on zero interest is zero!! not almost 3mill shares!! CLEARLY THEY STILL "CONTROL" THEIR NEAR 50% OF THE COMPANY - explain that genius!!
