I agree, this is a worrying situation that is confusing retail shareholders and needs to be addressed by management in a communication to the market. I don't trust email or telephone conversations because these are not legally binding, only ASX announcements are legally binding. These are cornerstone investors who have given away their entire holdings to a charity for reasons that are unclear to retail shareholders. This issue needs to be cleared up by management, in my humble opinion.
