Thanks: it is a complicated beast. Another ‘interesting’ aspect of the company is the CR of 18/12/2018. Although about$1.0 M was raised with the largest 5 shareholders supporting the CR no notices of these shareholders having increased their holdings have been announced by the ASX. That is, it appears the shares have not actually been issued (as yet). Seems odd to me: does the company have the cash in their bank account?
