I'm surprised there isn't more chatter about today's news. This is a fantastic development - things are really going to start moving now. Those assay results are coming at us fast and the pilot plant not far behind.

We'll have our own lab so we won't need to wait forever on commercial labs to get around to our samples. Turnaround will go from weeks to days! BBX will give him all the staff and gear he needs, e.g. spectrometers, crushers, etc. How many mining companies have got their own lab?

Much less reliance on consultants and geos to analyse extraction results, finalise the assay protocol, audit the commercial lab. The commercial lab will be monitored in almost real time with audits as frequent as is needed (very frequent initially).

I don't know if we'll be able to do our own assaying for the first JORC resource estimation.  It'd take too long to setup a full lab to do assaying for the first JORC estimate, but with time and certification if we need it, we could do our own assays for grade control and resource updates and use the commercial lab as an umpire lab.
