Under the exploration licence I'm not sure. Depends on what kind of "test sample" tonnage you can get away with, but I doubt they can sell any gold without a trial mining licence - that would be regarded as mining. I guess they wouldn't crank up the pilot plant to 2tpd until then. I'm sure we'll learn more in the next month or so....
