Hey Midnight, we've been defending our turf for a while and it seems that the more logically an argument is put,the same answers come :"it's impossible" or variations thereof.
It reminds me that in 1909,Newcombe,the world's leading mathematician at the time,proved scientifically that a heavier than air craft carrying humans could in no way fly.Three years later the Wright Bros.proved him wrong.
The down-grinders are feeding off us and drawing more of their like in, so I'm going to sit on the sidelines until the next announcement.They have,and never will have, appetite for risk,and as we know,once the risks are all negated,we will be sitting on megaprofits.
At least they have never argued against that one.......perhaps they will try proving that wrong.
We are familiar with the term "wall of worry" which is why these types, if they eventually convince themselves to buy in,sell as soon as the next worry emerges.Psychotherapy helps but I doubt the current crowd could afford it.At least they'll move on once BBX breaks out.
