So BBX have an "extremely rich", "extremely large" gold and other PM resource, so large in fact that it could control the world price of gold. Its located in the middle of a highly corrupt country, and yet you claim that there's almost no risk that the government or anyone else will try and steal this extremely valuable asset.

That seems extremely naive to me. If it really is that valuable then government confiscation or appropriation is a huge risk.
