Agreed. I’ve never said there was no gold or precious metals there. The question is, how much and then is it viable.
The buttons are real, but are the back calculations all correct? At one point they stated their process was losing silver that they added.
There is no way to validate their current extraction grade values. This is a real issue. Yes they are still perfecting the assay method which ultimately would include QAQC like CRM standards to check accuracy. In the meantime, there is much more they could be doing.
Instead of only running one extraction on 1/4 of the copper collector bar, I’d like to see all four quarters used. 2 x pyro extraction and 2 x hydro extraction methods (keep a split of original material for eventual fire assay method). The four extractions from two different methods, of yielding a similar result would give a lot more confidence to the precision (repeatability) of their results.
A long while ago Midnight scoffed at trying to use CRM standards with the extraction methods. If the extraction methods can extract gold + pgm’s from their samples, then they are almost certain to work on CRM material. This could add confidence to their results.
The company has much work to complete. I think the company is doing a good job keeping announcements sensible while the work is being done. Midnight on the other hand is ramping the hell out of this with talk of billion dollar MC’s, uniform 3-5oz Au eq intrusives, production at 250koz by June etc etc. Read my posts, I don’t downramp BBX, I question Midnights ramping.
