I think you've forgotten about the pilot plant revenue.
They can use the pilot plant revenue to finance a small commercial plant (<50Ktpa) then the small plant can pay for the 100ktpa plant. The crazy high grades give BBX a huge advantage because a mediocre production rate will produce a lot of revenue which is a very cost effective way to self finance
organic growth to become a gold producing behemoth.
The pilot plant revenue could even pay for an additional larger ‘pilot’ plant before they start building the commercial plant.
2t per day @ 2oz/t from a pilot plant is $170,000/month revenue for a 25 day month
...which pays for:
building a second bigger pilot plant: 8t per day is $680,000/month
...which pays for:
building a small trial mining commercial plant: 40Ktpa @ 2oz/t is $136,000,000 pa revenue
...which pays for:
building the full capacity trial mining commercial plant: 100Ktpa @ 2oz/t is $340,000,000 pa revenue
...which pays for:
building a regular commercial plant when we get the standard mining permit: ~500Ktpa @ 2oz/t is
$1.7 billion pa revenue
That's without the significant upside in grade I'm expecting from mining the highest grade ground and perfecting the extraction process, so using 4oz/t you can just double all of the numbers above.
