It’s not just the gram-metres that is better, it’s the number of metres. Much less stuff to dig out of the ground over 44m compared to 425m in order to get the valuable stuff out to sell in the market.
There is the argument that a longer strike means the whole resource is bigger but from just one hole in the ground versus another hole in the ground, I like the higher grade ground better.
