@71c4, there's a few posts above about the current political situation which looks good for mining in the long term. The slow approval process is one reason for the delays.

The other reason for the delays is the technical challenges (i.e., extraction technique, assaying) which they have largely conquered, but are still perfecting.

The new lab manager will help heaps. Plenty of runs on the board to date but more required.
