The bond market has been a no-brainer for at least 2 generations of fund managersut the money into bonds and it will give both income and capital return.Well the worm has turned and we can see the start of major capital disruptions in the market with flash crashes just like we've seen occurring.
Where will they re-allocate their funds? Follow the money.Hopefully more will flow into gold.Hopefully some will spill over to the speculative end of the market as funds for project financing become more available.WE need both to help propel BBX to its Poseidenesque destiny!
