SRR would've drawn drown nearly all of the $4m loan from Altas going by the last quarterly projections. That's about the current m/c of the company. Atlas already owns about 53% of SRR, so if the loan gets converted into shares then they will practically own SRR. From memory it was due to be repaid this July.
