yes true, but he did get all off his holdings on the 6th of April ( 9,333,333) 2016 only two months ago, and now has sold them all out, its also important to note two things here.
1 directors need the other directors permission before they are aloud to sell out and.
2. directors are not meant to short sell, which I think holding for only two months is.
