I made an initial buy in SXA a few days ago after studying the assets potential and also read about the mgmt. It is clear Ron is a most serious player and Botswana is one of the best countries in Africa to explore and build CSG operations with a lot of long term demand coming up for CSG from surrounding countries . Ron is an expert in CSG from Q Land days and they clearly say in the presentation " we know what to do and what not to do " . Now the good news is they have 100 percent control. I expect massive rerate in the oil & gas sector over next three years and SXA will be just in time to get their act going by that time. Needless to say SXA is a play meant for long term investors with a 3 -5 years hold time frame from here , but the rewards can be 50 -100 bags kind of situation if it exploration clicks and click it will . The MC is abysmally low with just 85 million shares on issue, this is a tight ship run by professional guys , we just need to give it time to run and mega bag over next few years.
