yeah i agree..could be fair value at $10, or important pivot.
they have over 260 million in cash..so its not going broke... under $10 its probably cheap.. abover $10 too expensive..
they are on the acquisition prowl in the u.s to buy a medium sized corporate business. they have to cut costs some way...
