Its cheap alright, may get to ~10c just on speculation of an agreement.

Could be off the mark here as im not that upto date on NWR but an issue for me is NWR have tried for years to get blue spec upto critical mass and in production and now looking for jv partner, trading at not much more than cash backing, have management just thrown in the towel or is this the only way to unlock the value of blue spec?
