Solid accumulation over the last week with constant re-load buys soaking all the stock.

I was in this over a year ago, but was too early re: FID for the Mozambique projects.

Now with 75% of the LNG sold via off-take agreements, and media articles saying that FID can be as early as March 2019 (which is next week); I've re-bought as the timing is now right.

The opportunity is ridiculously large by way of the potential addressable market here given there are only 3 labor high companies in the entire country with a government licence.

On top of this; RBR (to my knowledge) is the only one of these 3 to have the UK Engineering Construction Industry Training Board certification (ECITB) which the major O&G players will want for their recruits.

The country risk is high re: Mozambique - but thats nothing new... attacks there are common & dime a dozen.

Anadarko; ENI & ExxonMobil are 3 of the largest O&G players in the world; they will have the security staff required & the expertise on how to deal with hostile operating environments. They're investment decisions are worth $75B ... So it's not chicken feed...

Also in 2017, ENI granted investment approval for a smaller $9B project in Mozambique - so this should further reinforces they know the operating environment & how hostile it can be.

There is virtually zero chatter on socials about this company - one thing that is a huge positive & major attraction for me bc it anecdotally suggests there aren't many eyes on it ... YET
