Explain to them how you know the area are familiar with the terrain and have been to the location and know more than them.
Explain to them you have a doctorate in Geology and recommend they purchase chocolate biscuit futures rather than sections of the Andes known for large mineral deposits. Ring the neighbors BHP & Anglo .
Tell then they are also wasting their time digging in that part of the world where there are with in a 1/2 day drive from some of the largest copper deposits being mined in the world presently.
So we wont be seeing you here again seeing its such a lemon, because you don't hold and recommend selling.
