Since EM1 is not an earner yet, we have to rely on its business plan and the ability of the board & management to execute it. IMO, EM1 is in a good, growing hi-tech space , it has a clear path to market and it has the capability of launching its gaming platform on a modest budget spend. Its a digital disrupter in the sense that its platform does not require expensive hardware( as required by current gamers) for gamers to play, instead players can play on their normal smart phone or average laptop making the games attractive to emerging markets as well as first world users.
The market cap sits at $22 million which is peanuts in relation to what its earning potential is over the next 2 years. Mr Market always looks forward and, IMO, it does not take a fantastic imagination to envisage a NPAT of say $10 mil over the next year or so.
Fundamentally that would pan out at 16c/share @ a p/e of 10 undiluted ( 10/611x10) Of course if you don't believe that its gaming platform will attract the right number of players and associated advertising revenue , then obviously its not for you. With global growth potential, once the business plan has been proven, we should see the P/E stretch out to 20 and beyond, IMO.
Apart from forward fundamentals, the graph looks attractive from a technical perspective. Perhaps a T/A would like to comment?
All IMO only and investors should always do their own DD and seek the advice of a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.
