Or later... Maybe a little while after the entitlement offer closes.

So...Now what reason would someone have to pull the share price down below the entitlement offer price?

Who ends up with all those shares if no one takes up the entitlement? We'd all be pretty silly to take it up now right? So it's a given the underwriter will get them all & wait, he's willing to pay 63c per share. Wow!

What is going on here? Surely we aren't all being manipulated. Why would they want all them worthless shares anyway?

Or the 12.45% ownership & voting power that goes with it.

Why would an investment company like Prenzler want to buy into something like this, afterall it's just a worthless bunch of tourist shops isn't it?

Maybe better do some research into it. Sounds like a plan.

"Prenzler Group provide our investments with ongoing financial and management support from our extensive networks in the corporate community".

"We also provide advice to corporate clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, recapitalisation and financing transactions".

& no 1 rule. Never engage the downrampers. you only give them a voice. They are trained and practiced in the art of deception.

But, as far as retail "tourist" shops go, the Daigou business model is part of what this company is all about. Bellamys went bust by not embracing it and by trying to sell their product directly online and through Chinese based distributors.

The Chinese trust and want to purchase via Daigou, they trust that the Aussie bought stuff will be genuine and AU8 is striving to be that Daigou link, seeking to funnel the so called "Tourists" (Actually, many are those that are here on visas long term, not just the tourist who comes to see the Opera house, but the millions of Students using it as a way to make a living while here in Australia, or the long term traveller, just popping in to see their relo's for a year or three.) I wonder how many overstay their Visa's and use this as a way of making money while they're here illegally, anyway that's a totally different topic I guess.

    Nothing's ever as it seems.
