Came across this yesterday & instantly my ears pricked up at the stark undervaluation & almost apparent 10-bagger in no time.
I’ll share some of my research below:
They have 3 interests with the following ownership:

• Advent Energy (27.4%)
• Molecular Discovery Systems (20%)
• Cortical Dynamic Systems (3.89% with option to increase to 10% via conversion of secured loan)

Current Shares on Issue 235m + a SPP currently in progress (assume all purchased adds another 53m shares). Total shares on issue becomes 288m @ 1.2c = 3.4m mkt cap with 400k cash after the SPP.
For an EV of 3m we get 3 projects which are company makers in their own right.
Advent Energy is sitting on an 11BCF Nat Gas resource & yesterday the government just approved a 40m infrastructure upgrade to the area which essentially puts a road to the door of the discovery. This massively increases the attractiveness of this project.
Cortical Dynamic Systems is ALREADY TGA & CE-Mark approved for sale in Australia & Europe respectively. These are huge markets for which the regulatory risk is removed.
Molecular Discovery is working through its liver cancer research and this is also a huge market, albeit not anywhere near as advanced (approval stage) as Cortical Dynamics.
All this is available for an EV of 3m … Will there be another CR shortly (perhaps in the next 3 months), absolutely there will but I dare say the SP will be trading around the 5-10c mark when it next occurs.
I still can’t believe this undervalued opportunity has so much to offer. Mkt Cap of 20-30m (SP of 7c-10c) should be an absolute given once the market wakes to the opportunity which I feel may occur today & continue next week as they have engaged a media publicist as per their Speeding Ticket reply yesterday.
