Really have you looked at their website - They are heavily invested as a company in these LIC's. They dont seem the type to suddenly change and pay out the 10c in two hits.

The most logical would be for them to start as they have done with PGF - 1.5c ( not 5c) at final and then 1.5c I suppose in both interim and final thats still around 4.3% taking franking into account.

However they may well start @1c. for 2 c per annum.
