    i think that you willl find most holders of OMC do not consider the board astute. The offer price of 1.10 is opportunistic and I won't be selling into it.
    AND the price of U just went up by $7 which makes the offer even more sick!

    Good on you if u believe their astute but u may be a lone ranger on that
