I think that the Redbank power station will be sold by the end of the year. Fundamentally, I am betting that the net sale value will be a good deal greater than 3.3 million. My valuation has a broad margin for error and is full of estimates and conjectures. (At this point I am too embarrassed to post them.) However, allowing the margin for error, the potential returns are still sufficiently compelling for me to risk some of my capital. But I am not betting the house.

You are right to be cautious. I would not encourage you to buy this stock. You must invest according to your own analysis and risk appitite.
