This often happens, a complete lack of interest in a stock after a prolonged period of bad news. Normally it's only me talking about something before it becomes a hot stock and everyone wants in regardless of the price.
It's almost a signal that the turn around is complete when the market capitulates on a company, I think the financial results prove the turnaround is well underway at least. You need to hold long term though.

As Ben Graham said to do well you need to have correct reasoning and think differently to the mainstream.
As Simon said this is still the only method that works.
