Nothing is ever certain, I have enough information to be confident they will bounce but don't know exactly when. The turnaround indicators to me are the writedowns already taken, balance sheet shored up and a management with skin in the game motivated to reduce costs.
I await the operating results which I think will prove the business is stabilising and not in a permanent declining trend. The fact that the underlying business is still profitable and not overly exposed to mining means that there is no leap of faith required.
