It does get shorted a bit you can check this on a website called shortman. Not sure why it keeps drifting lower. The cap raise at $1 didn't help but the PE ratio is around 8 now..the issue is its tied to the resources sector but CDD is more diversified and not just in resources so imo it's getting oversold. The market now is relentless
