BPH = 27.42% of Advent Energy

On the surface that would seem to suggest a valuation of say 2:1 and not 5:1 (and I'm valuing BPH's other assets a $0)
Have I missed something obvious that the market hasn't?
(Position held in BPH and not MMR)
