Grant of a Right of Way Permit was signed on 13 April, released to public on 14 April (US time).

We have 30 days for any appeal for this decision

So by 14 May (US time) (Saturday in Australia) we will know the Grant are secured.
So on Monday 16 May (Australia time) we might have an ann for that and IMO, the application for drilling 12 hole on Federal land will go ahead. So there will be another big ann like yesterday
