Once the rights issue is completed there will be approx 7.8 billion shares on issue. So the consolidation @ 1 for 30 will reduce the register to approx 260m shares.
If for instance you have 1.5 million shares after the Rights issue then you will only have 50,000 after the consolidation is complete. The SP is x 30 accordingly. So 1.5m shares @ .02 for example will become 50,000 shares @ .60 so they will still be worth the same.
