The 'muted' sp reaction of JLP perhaps indicates that the deal was fair for both parties and not the ass kicking takeover that most shareholders expected.

I do hold JLP shares and expect the sp to rise as May approaches. When production is fully ramped up the sp should start to reflect its true value.

Really glad you guys now have decisions to make and perhaps get your investment back and perhaps in time a profit.
