Tana, you are not considering WHO is struggling with the concept of a multiplication by a factor of 14.
The Day Traders, in my opinion.
The day traders prefer a stock with a low price so that turnover is likely to be large as a low face value means it can be afforded by a larger number of investors.
And when they want to sell, well, the volume (liquidity) helps there too as the stock is readily disposed of - which is the day traders reason for living.
That's why I was celebrating the fact in my last posting that DIO will henceforth cease to be a day traders darling.
They grumbled, for sure, thinking that the price would steeply fall. I wasn't so sure that would occur as DIO's management appears to be awake.
