3D are operating on existing terms so the new laws will not effect them , but in short the new laws are more or less similar with some changes to government royalty and taxes
In short the new laws are there to show commitment to structure and organisation something that has been missing for many decades

If this happens we will perhaps see a lot of activity in Haiti under the new regime which will be great news for 3D

This will open up many funding options as well , making it a competitive environment
