    3D is a bet on Haiti opening up

    my understanding is the new president is pro development and with new mining laws coming into place June this year this will benefit 3D as this will encourage exploration and development to return
    The fact that we have both projects make this more appealing as this becomes a pure development play with the free option of upside exploration
