Yes further dilution is what is holding this back. I don't think they'd need to raise $3-$4mill at this stage. Maybe a $1mil raise would give them a kick start to do what they need to do. An extra 25% shares, $1mill in the bank, some positive acquisition news and a decent drilling campaign could then easily see the marketcap go to $10mill+. You're still looking at a doubling of the share price. And yes this is highly speculative so no guarantees.
