Had a quick look over, looks like DDD only has enough cash to make the acquisition after three months. Little left for actual exploration or development funding, not to mention the 1.3m US that must be paid on the 75% earn in milestone.

Easy to see why this hasn't run yet, another CR before year end is a certainty, and at such a low market cap there will be huge dilution. Raising 3-4m in stock @ current prices would see holders diluted by 50%...
