Yea I personally think its the lack of news causing some skittish sellers out however we are over the 3 month DD now with no news so i'd be pretty disappointed to find out its a dud with a 2 week delay on the DD conclusion. If they weren't going to proceed surely they wouldn't use the entire 3 month period, time will tell!
