My thoughts might be biased as I am a holder. But it seems to be.

Good deposits, no debt (I think) and phosphate is always in demand. The company plans to supply to the African market which has a growing farming sector. Angola's economy alone seems impressive.

My only concern is how difficult it is to penetrate the African market and how stable the demand will be. The partner company seems to have a lot of experience doing business in Africa and seem to know what they're doing. I doubt they would have invested 3.5 millions in a project they weren't optimistic about.
